So I decided to try yoga due to the fact after I saw this woman's spine on a bone density test that I gave her, she was 78 years old and her spine was in a word, perfect. Amazing vertebral height and disc spaces, so perfectly aligned, so I ask her what do you do for exercise, she says yoga for the last 40 years. Well, I'm sold.
